SANISOL, with RUC No. 20555503955, located at Av. Almirante Miguel Grau No. 629, Lima, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations, approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS, has adopted the necessary security and confidentiality measures for the protection of the Personal Data provided, understood as information that allows the identification or identifiability of the User and the Client through any means that may be used, including those that have the category of sensitive.

This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of customer and user information when using the Service and informs about your privacy rights and how the law protects them.

We use your Personal Data to provide and improve the Service. By using or providing the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this privacy policy.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

Account means a unique record created for the User to access the Application.

Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by the User on any Device, called Sanimapp.

Device means any electronic device that can access the Service or information related to it, such as a computer, a mobile phone, or a digital tablet.

Service refers to the feces collection service provided by the Company.

Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform related services, or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

Developer means any person who is part of The Fifth Company SAC within the defined timeframe of their hiring and who is dedicated to providing support and maintenance in tasks related to software development and database management.

Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable person, whether Customer or User.

The Customer refers to those individuals who have acquired and use the collection service provided by the Company.

The User refers to those individuals who have authorization from SANISOL to access the data of the Customers and who use the Application.

The Information refers to Personal Data and Usage Data.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service or Application, whether User or Customer, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Types of Data Collected

Personal Information

By using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain information that can be used to provide a better Service, depending on whether You are a User or Customer. This is done as specified below:

Usage Data:

For the Customer:

Usage data is collected automatically when the Customer interacts with marketing media. Through this, information is collected that your browser sends whenever you visit our site and is governed by the privacy policies defined by them.

For the User:

Usage data is collected automatically when the Application is used.

When accessing the Application, we may collect certain information automatically, which includes, among others, the type of mobile device you use, operating system, identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

Use of Your Personal Data

For the Customer:

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including monitoring the use of our Service.
  • To manage Your Account: to manage your registration as a Customer of the Service. The Personal Data you provide may give you access to different features of the Service that are available to You as a registered Customer.
  • For contract performance: the development, fulfillment, and execution of the purchase contract for products, items, or Services that you have purchased or any other contract with Us through the Service.
  • To contact you: To contact you by email, phone calls, SMS, or other equivalent electronic communication methods about updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products, or Services contracted, including security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
  • To provide you with news, special offers, and general information about other goods, services, and events we offer and that are similar to those you have already purchased or inquired about, unless you have opted not to receive such information.
  • To manage your requests: To attend and manage your requests to us.
  • For business transfers: we may use your information to assess or carry out a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as an ongoing business or as part of a bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data we hold about users of our Service is among the transferred assets.
  • To offer the collection service: The Company will store the latitude and longitude coordinates of the point, which refers to your home or position where the toilet provided by SANISOL will be installed, in its database through the Application by the User or a third-party service.

For the User:

The Company does not collect or share Personal Data of users. The Application may use personal data that has been previously provided to the Company for hiring purposes only for identification purposes. This data may include, but is not limited to, name, email, phone number, alias, among others. This data does not leave the application to third-party servers and is used locally for the identification of the data collected by the Users' functions, which are specified in their employment contract.

It will also not request information about the user's address (postal address or home address), race or ethnicity of the user, political or religious beliefs of the user, sexual orientation of the user, and any other personal information, such as date of birth, gender identity, veteran status, financial information, or other than those declared.

The Application may request the real-time location of Users for geolocation purposes of the Customers, which will be used for the correct execution of their functions; however, your position is treated locally and is not stored either on the SANISOL server or on third-party servers.

We may share the personal information of the Customer in the following situations:

  • With Service Providers: we may share your personal information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, to communicate with you.
  • For business transfers: we may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business to another Company.
  • With affiliates: we may share Your information with Our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include Our parent company and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners, or other companies that We control or that are under common control with Us.
  • With business partners: we may share Your information with Our business partners to offer You certain products, Services, or promotions.
